In early February I submitted two images for consideration to the juried Eccles Community Art Center's 12th annual Statewide B&W Competition. This is a mixed media exhibit with everything from sculpture to painting to photography. One of my images was accepted and though it did not win it is on display with many other object d'arts until the end of March. Both images were captured with infrared-adapted cameras on a recent winter trip to Bryce Canyon. The accepted image was taken with my Fuji IS-1 and the non-accepted image was captured with a converted Pentax DS.
